【iHerb】Muscletech, MyoBuild（マイオビルド）レビュー

最近ずっと僕がイントラワークアウトドリンクとして使用しているサプリメントを紹介します。いわゆるBCAA系のドリンクサプリメントです。

マッスルテックさんのマイオビルド

BCAA以外にもナトリウム・カリウム・ココナッツウォーターなどのミネラル分

筋肥大筋力向上に効果的なベタイン

日本では医薬品扱いのタウリンなど

本当に効果の高い成分や運動中に必要な栄養素をある意味無駄なく入れていて

個人的には非常に高評価なサプリメントです。

実際に使用する際は付属のスプーン一杯に

マルトデキストリンを80g入れて運動中に飲んでいます。※ボトルは800ml

半分くらい飲んだ時点で水を足して満杯にして飲んでも全然おいしいくらい

めちゃめちゃ味が濃いです。

内容としてはめちゃめちゃオススメなんですけど

マッスルテックさんは今年商品ラインナップを大幅に改変しているようで

この商品は現在購入できなくなってしまっております。
